MARK SANDELL - PRODUCER
Mark Sandell has an extensive background in the media and entertainment sectors and was the founding partner of London-based film distributor Trinity Filmed Entertainment. As a distributor, Trinity became highly regarded for its critically acclaimed, award-winning films and for its innovative marketing campaigns. In 2009, Mark expanded into film finance and production. He recently helped develop, finance and produce A LIAR’S AUTOBIOGRAPHY (starring the cast of Monty Python and Cameron Diaz), BELIEVE (starring Sir Brian Cox, Natascha McElhone and Toby Stephens) and ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING (starring Simon Pegg, Kate Beckinsale and the cast of Monty Python).
Mark has access to a broad investor network in the City of London and his latest project is the establishment of a $250m film fund in partnership with a high profile City financier. Prior to working in the film industry, Mark spent a number of years in Executive Search with international firms such as TMP Worldwide and Anderson specializing in Investment Banking and Media M&A. His clients included Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, ING Barings, Lazards, Arthur Andersen, Google, Pearson and Vivendi.





D. A. CONSTANTINOU - DIRECTOR / WRITER
TO THE MOON is the brainchild of UK-based BAFTA award-winning commercial and broadcast production company, Fin London. Directing the project is founding partner Dan Constantinou, a veteran of more than 400 international television program’s & commercials, including striking high end luxury brand films for Aston Martin, Rolls Royce and Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy.
Starting in Film & Television in 1996, his first job was to produce graphic content for the BBC’s flagship science show “Tomorrows World”. Since that time Constantinou has worked for every major broadcaster and advertising agency producing a wide range of dynamic work. In 2005 he founded a production company based in Soho Square London with top of the range post production equipment purely to service the work they were producing.
Although his television programming has been seen in over 66 countries and commercial spots aired throughout the world, this will be his first feature directing debut.





J. MACKYE GRUBER - SCREENWRITER
Jonathan Gruber, is a well respected American screenwriter and director, best known for writing box office successes such as Final Destination 2 and The Butterfly Effect.
He has more recently written Blindsighted and two seasons of Kyle XY for the popular US ABC network.
Gruber currently resides in Hollywood and has a background in cinematography graduating from the USC School of Cinematic Arts.

CREW - HEADS OF DEPARTMENT
INTERIOR PROJECTILE DESIGN BY ASTON MARTIN
Chief Creative Officer for Aston Martin, Marek Reichman heads up the design team famous for their exquisite and luxurious design in the automotive industry.
Calling on his vast knowledge of design language and injecting practical realism into our projectile. Marek will becoming key production design consultant and concept creator during the pre-production and build phase of the stunning "Moon Projectile" which features heavily during the film.
Leaders of effortless style and simplicity, their belief for truth of materials, design honesty and practical craftsmanship makes them a perfect creative platform to design and advise on the interior layout of the projectile which travels to the moon.
Only allowed to use materials and technology from the time, the biggest challenge for the team will be how they produce their highly modern yet stunning take on our Luna bound vehicle.


CONCEPT ART
Seung Ho Henrik Holmberg has worked in the CG industry since the late 90s. Over the last decade, he has worked with some of the industry’s leading directors, VFX artists and producers on some of the most prestigious film and commercials productions of that period.

VFX SUPERVISOR / LEAD ARTIST
Chris Bore has been involved in the visual effects industry for over 9 years. Specialising in fluid dynamics and custom scripting, Chris is always in great demand and has worked on some of the biggest films to date. He will also oversee pre-viz during pre-production.

LOCATION MANAGER
Jonah Coombes is one of the UKs leading Location Managers. With over 15 years of experience, Jonah has worked on some of the biggest features to date. Using his vast experience and portfolio of potential shooting locations, his mission will be to find and secure our American replacement locations here in the UK.

COSTUME DESIGNER
Maxine Heywood has worked in both television and film wardrobe and costume departments since the early 1990s. Acting as both wardrobe mistress and costume designer, Maxine will head up the department.

DIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY
James Buck is an award-winning director of photography with over 15 years’ experience. Initially training in graphics, he soon went on to be a full-time motion control cameraman, shooting everything from commercials to title sequences.

MOTION CONTROL DIRECTOR
James Dennis Henry entered the business in 1982 at the age of 16, starting out as a runner. He headed up the motion control team at SVC before setting up his own successful motion control business. After over more than two decades in motion-control work, Henry has more than 800 commercials, productions and films under his belt. He brings invaluable experience with classic model making techniques and cutting edge CGI.

SPECIAL & DIGITAL EFFECTS SUPERVISOR
Darian Weir is established as one of Britain’s leading Flame and Motion Graphic Artists, Darian trained as a Digital FX design director at Autodesk in Montreal, and The Mill and Rushes, becoming one of the first Flame VFX artists in London.
With over 25 years’ experience in motion graphics for both film and television, Darian will liaise with all departments responsible for the film’s extensive visual effects.
